Mr. Adly earned his bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University, Cairo. He has over 45 years experience in engineering, construction and steel manufacturing, gained in Egypt, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

He is the founder of EEC Group of companies.

With extensive business and commercial experience in different sectors, he has grown his group of companies into a major player in Egypt and the region

Samih Adly

Samih earned his bachelor and master degree in Civil Engineering from American University in Cairo (AUC). He has a Masters degree in Construction Management. Furthermore he is a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Samih has over 25 years experience at EEC in construction and manufacturing, gained in Egypt, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Mr. Adly is also pursuing an executive graduate degree at Harvard Business School. Being a part of the OPM executive program exposes him to the latest trends and theories in management and entrepreneurship.

Fady Youssef

Fady earned his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham University (UK). He has a Masters degree from University of Cambridge (UK) in Manufacturing Management and also holds the Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance from ACCA.

Fady has extensive experience in a number of sectors through his work as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting Services in the UK.

He has over 25 years experience of process & project management, strategic management, operations & manufacturing management & information systems.

Amin Tolba

Amin earned his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shebin El Kom University- El Monofya. He has over 40 years experience in steel structure design and fabrication and installation.

Amin has great experience in managing major steel fabrication factories at EEC.

Michael Girgis

Michael earned his bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University.

He has over 38 years experience at EEC in construction, turnkey telecom projects, project management and procurement gained in Egypt, Algeria, Sudan, Bangladesh and Sierra Leone.

Michael is responsible for all strategic and operational construction activities in the group.

Tarek Gameel

Tarek earned his bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University, Cairo.

He has over 30 years experience at EEC in Construction, GSM telecom turnkey solutions and project management achieved on major projects in Egypt, Algeria, Senegal, Sudan and Libya where he was previously working as a Regional Director.

Tarek as a Projects Director and Board Member is responsible for the implementation of strategic and national projects.

Amira Anwar

Amira earned her bachelor degree in Accounting from Tanta University. Amira is over 30 years experience in accounting.

Samer Gameel

Samer earned his bachelor and Master degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University. He has a Masters degree in Structural Analysis. Samer has over 25 years experience at EEC in construction and Business Development, gained in Egypt, Africa, Middle East and Asia.

Wassef Eskandar

Wassef earned his bachelor degree in Mechanichal Production engineering from Ein Shams University. He has over 35 years experience in Factory Management.

Wahid Naguib

Wahid Naguib earned his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Power from Menoufia University. He has 35 years experience in Operations, Quality & Stock Management gained in the fields of Steel Fabrication and Commercial Vehicles. He has led and implemented successfully projects involving Process re-engineering and Reverse Engineering.

Mona earned her bachelor degree in Business Administration from Cairo University she has over 30 years experience in corporate administration.

He was instrumental in managing the integrated management system for EEC .and for implementing lean six sigma in our steel fabrication factories using experiences in OHSAS .spe. TQM. Risk assessment, strategic plan ISO: 9001:2015. ISO :45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015

More than Thirty Nine years of extensive experience, starting as
structure design engineer then in different engineering positions as
resident engineer, project manager, Contract manager and later Sector
Director: in construction of all type of infra structure project,
roads, bridges, air field, marine work, Major housing projects,
Monument’s restoration, telecom and commercial projects in Egypt and
outside Egypt in Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq, Algeria, Pakistan, Yamen, China
and North Korea.
